Order Processing Time
• INNA Collections: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 3 business days.
• Vietnamese Designer Collection: Items from this specialized collection require additional sourcing/prep time and are processed within 5–7 business days before dispatch.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
1. Free Shipping Threshold
• Free Global Shipping on all orders over $150 AUD (approx. $100 USD).
• A flat rate shipping fee of $18 AUD applies to orders under $150 AUD.
2. Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)
• INNA Collections: Estimated 7–10 business days delivery worldwide.
• Vietnamese Designer Collection: Estimated 10–15 business days delivery.
(Note: If your order contains items from both collections, they may be shipped separately or arrive according to the longer estimated timeframe.)
